At Suheli, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Return & Refund Request

Customers may raise a request for a return or refund within 2 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return or refund, customers should contact us with their order details and the reason for the request. The request will be reviewed by our team and will be subject to approval in accordance with our applicable return conditions.

Approved Returns

For approved return requests, we will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered within 5 business days, subject to product availability and applicable serviceability.

Approved Refunds

For approved refund requests, the refundable amount will be credited to the original/source payment account within 5–7 business days.

The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment method used for the original transaction.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and other items supplied with the product, wherever applicable.

Suheli reserves the right to reject a return or refund request if the product does not meet the applicable return conditions.
