We use a 3-tier grading system: Grade 1 (Like New) - minimal to no signs of use, Grade 2 (Good) - light wear with full functionality, Grade 3 (Fair) - visible wear but fully functional after refurbishment.
Yes! All our second-life products come with a minimum 6-month warranty. Grade 1 products include a full 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day return policy on all second-life products. If you're not satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition for a full refund.
Trading in is easy! Simply visit our Trade-In page, describe your item, and we'll provide a quote. Once accepted, ship your item to us and receive store credit or vouchers.
